With 10 years HR consulting experience from PwC, 15 years leading and directing transformational people programmes in large organisations and over a year working for a boutique HR Think Tank, I bring an approach that combines leading edge thinking with realism and experience. I partner with businesses large and small to rethink approaches and plan and support next steps. I work with people on practical, future-focused decisions that are grounded in value — value for the organisation, for its people, and for those ultimately served. Whether leaders are navigating the ethical and emotional dynamics of AI adoption, rethinking reward and cultural systems to drive innovation and teamwork, planning a structural tranformation or seeking to establish tomorrow’s skill needs today, Rethink supports reflection, shared insight, and confident, informed action, underpinned by evidence and experience.
The approach I adopt is designed for impact, without the heavy cost of large consultancy projects. Whether you choose to attend a full day online immersion session in a small group, followed by two 1-1 strategy sessions, or prefer to start with a free clinic appointment 1-1 and take up one of my limited retainer opportunities for a day or two per week, I will partner with you to not only help think about and understand your landscape — but actively shape a path through it, to help deliver positive results, supporting you along the way.
